Built on experience.
    Focused on what doesn't happen.

In utility bill management, small errors create big costs: late payments, overlooked charges, missing data, and teams left to absorb the impact. MeterID was built by Azhar Feroz after nearly a decade inside utility bill management and carbon accounting operations, working across customer service, operations, development, and finance. He saw the same gap from every seat: portfolios with real complexity paying for service designed around someone much bigger, or doing it all by hand because nothing else made sense at their size.

MeterID is the answer to that gap. A managed service that handles utility bills end to end, and a platform that keeps every bill, flag, and approval visible and traceable. The measure of success is what does not happen: no late fees, no disconnect notices, no accounts quietly falling through the cracks.

    What Makes Us Different

    Lived Experience

Built by a founder who worked inside utility bill management operations, not around them

    Validation on Every Bill

Every bill is checked for internal consistency and compared with the account's history, with each flag explaining why it was raised

    Complete Visibility

One dashboard for all sites, meters, and vendors, with full transparency into what was processed, what was flagged, and why

    Risk Watched Proactively

Alerts for missing bills, cost anomalies, broken portal access, and approaching due dates, before they become late fees or disconnects

Our trust center covers how we secure credentials, how we handle your data, and our live system status.
